UK Delivery

• Standard UK Delivery: 3–7 working days
• Free delivery on all orders over £40
• Delivery charge: £3.99 on orders under £40
• All orders dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed
• You'll receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships
• Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays

Order Processing

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. During busy periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday) processing times may extend by 1–2 days — we'll always keep you informed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey. If you haven't received this within 2 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder first, then contact us at support@wellzenora.com.

My Order Hasn't Arrived

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we'll investigate immediately. We'll either locate your parcel or arrange a replacement — whichever is faster for you.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Zenora cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
